Paula tells Awakening, Started 2008, 32 years old, originally got into it for fitness as I was overweight and unhealthy. I lost the weight and a friend thought I would enjoy BJJ. Started and found that I liked it so I continued and decided that I would like to climb into the cage. Never looked back since.

She is a full time Personal Trainer at Maximal Results Trainings specializing in: Strength and Conditioning Athletes, Weight Loss Management, Body Reshaping, Sports Specific Training and Functional Training.

Paula is the first female Purple Belt under Professor Salvatore Pace.
