Welcome to the 5th annual Awakening Female Muay Thai Awards. Each year we evolve the awards process and the list of categories and this year was no different. The 2017 awards has a large number of bold changes that we hope you will like. If you have any suggestions or feedback then we encourage you to join the community and have your say on the forum.
This years' awards are dedicated to the memory of Jessica Lindsay, a young Australian fighter who tragically lost her life too soon. Jessica's passing was felt around the world and we should never forget. We consider the global community as an extended family, and we urge you to take a moment to read this comprehensive and respectful article by Perthnow. Jessica's mother Sharron kindly gave us her blessing to dedicate this years' awards to her daughter.
